Popular actor-director Khalid Hossain Shamrat and talented actress Farhana Mili began their journey in the country’s entertainment world almost at the same time. However, the two never worked together until very recently. It must be noted that even though the two have worked together for the first time, it is not in the same frame. Farhana Mili was in front of the camera, while Shamrat worked behind it. DhakaLive has news that Farhana Mili has worked in tele-drama titled ‘Ghunpoka’ under the direction of Khalid Hossain Shamrat for the very first time, and its shooting was completed last week at a shooting house in Pubail.

Farhana Mili will be appearing in a challenging role opposite Sayeed Babu. With Shamrat’s idea in mind, the story of the tele-drama has been penned down by Rana Zakaria.

Regarding her challenging role, Farhana Mili said, “It was a completely new experience for me working under the direction of Khalid Hossain Shamrat. He can be best described as a complete director and does his work in a much organised manner. I am very satisfied to work under his direction. I hope the viewers will appreciate the work.”

Shamrat also expressed his thoughts on the work, “I took up the task of ‘Ghunpoka’ as a passionate project. I thought of the story myself and did the work with utmost care. When I was thinking of the story and having ideas, Farhana Mili came into mind. I must say that she played her character to the best of her abilities. She did a great job. As a director, I am very satisfied.”
